I saw a review where one guy thought it was uncomfortable, but I actually don’t mind that and think it’s ok. If I had to find one single thing that I don’t like it would be the metal knob that holds the camera. For my needs it’s perfect, I am going to keep it.👌 I also liked that it comes with a bag. Also, I like that you can slide the camera in and out without having to disassemble the whole set up every single time (like the ones that hang on the lens), hence the size I guess. But that was reason why I chose it, and because you don’t need to mount it on the lens and put unnecessary pressure on the lens mount. But the quality is good, mirror reflectivity is great and from all the hundreds reviews I’ve watched, this teleprompter does not create vignetting and you can use it with wide angle lenses (I am yet to try that out myself). It is not a teleprompter you’d take with you to work with in a field, more like in a studio. The mirror is big, which is good if you are going to read your texts from a few meters distance or for working with clients. Check out the pix, the phone/pad holder is adjusted for the size of my phone, so you can see that you can easily use larger devices to read your texts from.

It is hard to see in the pictures but this teleprompter is more suitable for iPads than phones. While I am happy with my purchase and I think that the build quality is pretty decent, this teleprompter is a bit larger than I expected, though I’ve never owned one before so I have no frame of reference.
